Topic:  Using Controls and Measures to Monitor Progress  - A Practical Exercise

"Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding" (Prov. 23:23). "Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: and by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches" (24:3,4). -

I recently taught on using controls and measurements in your business.  This presentation will be a follow-up, providing a real-world case study to actually develop some standards and measurements for practical application.

Tim is an evangelist to business owners and entrepreneurs.  Through his business, Cummings Enterprises, Tim assists business people "to speak out their vision for their business and execute it in proper sequence".  When they are Christians, he assists them in implementing ways to minister to the marketplace through their businesses.
