CBL Roundtable effectively equips business women and men to conduct their business in the Marketplace on Biblical principles. By acquiring this knowledge and by being effectively joined to peers who are seeking to do the same, our members and partners will impact both the Marketplace and their homes, churches and communities with a real and living faith, just as Jesus did during His earthly ministry.
Keys to our success include practical education by proven business leaders, teaching Biblical principles through practical application, producing tangible business results ... and changed lives.
Friday Morning Roundtable Sessions
The Fellowship currently gathers, weekly, on the campus of Brentwood Baptist Church for fellowship, networking, and practical teaching. The instruction is conducted in a Roundtable Setting where men and women, peers, sit together and discuss the application of the teachings presented in their businesses. The goal is to move knowledge to experience and have results produce increased applications. Roundtable groups present an opportunity to provide mutual support and encouragement while also fostering accountability. To see a listing of our Facilitators, click Here .
Summer time and the living is easy ... and CBLR Summer Camp opens for a time of growth and development. Just as childhood summer camps can result in lifelong friendships, we encourage our participants to commit to a group of 5-8 people to develop strong personal relationships.
For summer camp, we select a book to study which focuses on developing Christian application at work. As we exercise our spiritual muscles through application, we create methods of ministering wherever God has placed us in the market place.
We have a very gracious host in Brentwood Baptist Church. Occasionally, their program of events makes their campus unavailable to us. On those occasions, CBL Roundtable will schedule Small Group meetings in place of our weekly meeting. These groups will be led by CBLR and will be hosted at various locations across the region. These small group events foster relationships and accountability and are an important part of our ministry.
CBL Roundtable further encourages members and partners to develop Small Groups which meet outside of our normal meeting times. The scriptures encourage us in Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Our Trainers and Facilitators
We have a group of incredibly skilled business people who are exercising their Christian faith, daily where God has placed them in the market place. Through their boldness and willingness to be transparent before us, we get to share and grow in both our faith and our business acumen through their Godly mentoring. You can peruse their teachings in our archives by clicking HERE.
From time to time, CBL Roundtable will participate in special events, conferences, and workshops to build both fellowship and capabilities of CBLR Members and Partners. Special events also provide a mentor to reach out to others in the Marketplace with the message of Jesus Christ. CBL Roundtable members are encouraged to invite/include their team members/employees, their clients, vendors, and fellow business contacts in these events as is possible.

We Need Volunteers
It takes a lot of partners to keep our organization operating smoothly. We also like to practice turning the Org Chart upside down and serving upward. If you wish to engage with CBL Roundtable, how about helping us to fill these volunteer positions.
