This will be an exciting first look at Bruce and Brian's soon to be published (April 1, 2015) book on customer experience. The Experience guides the reader through an in-depth look into his or her company to discover how others see you. This introspection will allow you to determine what it will take your business to move to the next level by creating an "experience" for your customers.
Bruce Loeffler is president of the Enspiron Company, based in Brentwood, TN. He studied voice and received a bachelor’s degree in Business. Bruce worked as a performance artist with both Disneyland and Disney World. While in Florida, he was asked to create a new position to oversee and improve Service Excellence for the Disney theme parks.
In 1990 he moved to Fort Worth, TX and received a master’s degree in Communications from Southwestern Baptist Seminary. He has taught the courses “Service Excellence” and “Business Ethics” for various universities. He has applied the skills he learned and taught at Disney to work with over 100 hospitals, CompUSA, Chrysler, airlines, airports, hotels, banks, Kroger and the National Parks. Based on his experiences and successes in improving Customer Service, Bruce has authored several books.
Brian Church is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of a Consulting Firm called Ambassadors International. The company specializes in working with Corporations, Advisers, Entrepreneurs and Intellectual Property Holders to create what Brian calls “Relationship Momentum TM." Brian is also the co-founder and Board Chairman of an Intellectual Property Incubator that is responsible for numerous ground breaking technologies in several industries.
