With over 35 years in manufacturing and business, John has had the privilege of working with some of the global leaders in foodservice equipment, healthcare technology, advanced manufacturing, packaging equipment, high performance computing, and training and simulation technologies. In addition to leading global cross-functional design teams, John has led business transformation initiatives from production localization, product modernization, portfolio alignment, and product development; including digital and cultural transformations across organizations.

Throughout his tenure he has experienced the good, bad, and the ugly of business leadership styles, the worldviews that drive them, and the human trail they leave in their wake. He is convinced that Christianity alone provides the worldview and tools needed to create a business culture conducive to the fulfillment of everyone involved.

Currently, John is the President of ProRegis, a business consulting and independent representative firm. As the name implies, the guiding intent of this enterprise is the implementation of Colossians 3:23-24, that all things might thrive under the headship of the one true king, Jesus Christ.

At CBL Roundtable, you can network with other business people - men and women - and together, we will improve how we operate all of our businesses.
