A Spiritual Business Plan - Tim Cummings Facilitating
About this event
A Spiritual Business Plan
Tim Cummings Facilitating
Planning is an integral part of our marketplace activities. I know you have heard "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
Did you ever pause to consider that God very specifically engaged the marketplace for His Son's ministry? You might say that God had a Spiritual Business Plan for the creation's redemption!
If our faith is to be an equal partner in our workplace, we need to have a Spiritual Business Plan to guide our efforts. This is as critical as having a production plan, a financial plan, a manpower plan. Join us at CBL Roundtable and we will tap into some wisdom from Ed Silvoso on what a Spiritual Business plan might look like.
About Tim
Tim Cummings describes his calling as an evangelist to business people. His key question in business is "Why". It is important to seek to know what God is determined to accomplish through us - it is a matter of purpose!
Throughout Tim's engagement in the market place, he has been driven to apply his Christian faith and world view to his business endeavors, a focus he acquired from his own father's example. As he thinks back over his business career, he can clearly see the hand of a loving God, guiding, directing, and equipping him for each new endeavor. Among his current engagements, he serves as secretary for the Board of CBL Roundtable and coordinates a career group, Sabbatical Search, which views the time between work assignments as a God-gifted sabbatical and approaches the job search from a Biblical perspective.
Tim is an 6th generation Nashvillian and is married to Vickie Lee Cummings and together they have a large family of 12 children (including the spouses), 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Learn how to run your business on Biblical principles. Each Friday, we study and strive together to see how God would have us run our businesses and then discuss how to implement these principles in our businesses. At CBL Roundtable, you can network with other business people - men and women - and together, we will improve how we operate all of our businesses.
CBL Roundtable is now hosting hybrid meetings (in-person and through Zoom Video Conferencing). Registration will allow you indicate if you will attend in-person or by Zoom conferencing.
Videoconference information will be provided in an email once payment is received.
