SBI 2022 Week 4: Effective ToDo Lists

Summer Business Institute

Summer Business Institute is an opportunity to focus on personal and business technics to grow or enhance our assignments in our workplace.  Whether you are an owner, manager, employee, team member, or entrepreneur, your participation in our Roundtable discussions will equip you for better performance and business success.  Each session will be facilitated by a CBLR Board member who has hand-picked the topic(s) for the Roundtable discussions.  Invest in yourself by participating in this year's Summer Business Institute (See our CBLR calendar for a listing and schedule of topics).

Week 4 - This week, Eric Nystrom will facilitate a presentation on Effective To-Do Lists.  He will set your table to grapple with the questions of how to better operate in the marketplace for success.  You will surely want to be a part of this roundtable discussion!

Eric's sources for this discussion include:

1. Dr. Heidi Grant Halvorson PhD, Psychology Today, "The Science of Success", 12/28/2012

2. Janet Choi, blog post on iDoneThis, 12/12/2012 - reposted on LifeHacker Blog

3. Stephen Covey, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

We Need Volunteers

It takes a lot of partners to keep our organization operating smoothly.  We also like to practice turning the Org Chart upside down and serving upward.  If you wish to engage with CBL Roundtable, how about helping us to fill these volunteer positions.

  • Meeting Master of Ceremonies
  • Food Preparation
  • Barista (Coffee Making)
  • Summer Camp Table Host
