Project Prioritization Matrix (Part 2) - Eric Nystrom Facilitating

Breaking News! CBL Roundtable is meeting in-person and on-line with Zoom.  Pick your preference!

Teacher/Instructor: Eric Nystrom

Topic: Project Prioritization Matrix
A tool to help you and your team prioritize strategic initiatives.

You want to get things done. You have strategic initiatives to accomplish.  But which ones should you get done first?  Which one will give your organization the biggest bang for your buck? This tool can help map out and prioritize each initiative or activity you and your team need to complete.  This presentation is a continuation of the material presented on April 16.

Eric Nystrom is a multilingual, global business executive with 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience. His past experiences include working in the field for Nielsen Media Research, expanding the global operations footprint of industrial and HVAC filter manufacturers and growing the sales of Spanish language products in Latin America for Harper Collins Christian Publishing. Currently he is the President of Hobson Food Service, the largest just-in-time custom meat processor in Middle Tennessee. Learn how to run your business on Biblical principles. Each Friday, we study and strive together to see how God would have us run our businesses and then discuss how to implement these principles in our businesses. At CBL Roundtable, you can network with other business people - men and women - and together, we will improve how we operate all of our businesses.  We have spent almost a year with Zoom meetings, come back and join us in person ... or continue to join us on Zoom.

CBL Roundtable is now hosting hybrid meetings (in-person and through Zoom Video Conferencing).  It is critically important for us to know how many will be in attendance so that Wilson Hall can be set up to meet BBC's requirements.  Registration will allow you indicate if you will attend in-person or by Zoom conferencing.

We Need Volunteers

It takes a lot of partners to keep our organization operating smoothly.  We also like to practice turning the Org Chart upside down and serving upward.  If you wish to engage with CBL Roundtable, how about helping us to fill these volunteer positions.

  • Meeting Master of Ceremonies
  • Food Preparation
  • Barista (Coffee Making)
  • Summer Camp Table Host
