Bruce Loeffler is president of Enspiron. He had the privilege of working for Disney World for 10 years where he was asked to create a new position to improve service excellence for the Disney Cast. He trains companies across America on how to develop excellent customer service skills and improve their bottom line.
Bruce has written two books: "One Minute Service," which is being used by the State of Tennessee as their model for customer service and "The Experience: The Five Principles of Disney Excellence," the former #1 book on Customer Solutions. It will be translated into Japanese and Chinese shortly.
