About Pamela

Pamela Richmond's love for coffee, making people smile, and saying the word  "Big" began early in her childhood years. She was born in California and raised primarily in Wisconsin and Missouri, living in 11 states overall. She received a degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism and worked over 2 decades in the Media, Hospitality and Corporate industry  helping business leaders grow their bottom line through sales and marketing.

As her love for coffee and people grew during countless meetings and negotiations through the years, so did Pamela's own heart. "Big" became more than her favorite word. It became a way of life. She attended Coffee Business Barista and Roasting school to further her coffee education and make a positive impact beyond the boardroom in people's lives. She launched Big Bean Coffee Roasters to use Specialty Coffee as the common ground to help grow more core driven communities. Her favorite word Big (Believe in God), is inspired by Ephesians 3:20 that says: Now to Him that is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us."
