Come learn how to run your business on Biblical principles.  Each Friday, we study and strive together to see how God would have us run our businesses and then discuss how to implement these principles in our businesses.  At CBL Roundtable, you can network with other business people - men and women - and together, we will improve how we operate all of our businesses.

Avoiding Change Wreck: Part I    Getting Ready for Change

In life and in leadership, you can lead change or get run over by it. Change is inevitable...and relentless. If you want change to be positive and not a wreck, you have to lead it!

Dick Wells, Hard Lessons An Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Tech launched Dick on a 45 year business career highlighted by serving as CEO of The Aerostructures Corporation (operations in three states, 2000+ employees and $300 million in sales). A two year stint as President of a large commercial shipyard was followed by serving for six years as the Executive Pastor of a large church in Franklin, Tennessee.

Living with his wife, Dottie, in Franklin, Tennessee, Dick’s time and energy are fully focused on his leadership development company, serving his church and community, and enjoying his familyundefinedespecially his three grandsons (ask to see the pictures!).

Check out Dick's new book, 16 Stones which is a tremendous study of Leadership from Nehemiah.

A light breakfast will be served. Join us as early as 6:45 and network with other Christian Executives.

All Friday morning sessions are open to all  - no fee is charged, offerings are accepted.
