Bruce Loeffler and Brian Church, co-authors of The Experience: The Five Principles of Disney Service and Relationship Excellence will be conducting a half day seminar on creating excellent customer service.  This seminar includes breakfast.  The costs are being covered by Judson Baptist Church.  This event is open to all who desire to attend.  Sign-up and bring a friend, business associate, team member,or your client!


Breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 9:00 am followed by instruction until 12:00 Noon.  Copies of The Experience will be on sale the day of the event, and can be autographed by the authors for your library or that special gift.
